Rapture

The Rapture

Are you ready?

Ways You Can Prepare

Repentance Unto Salvation

Come to Jesus broken in full repentance of all your sin, he will heal you and restore you because he loves you!  Receive Jesus into your heart, fully believing he is the Son of God, he is real, and what he did for you on the cross is true.  Confess to Jesus with your mouth that you believe in him and receive him as Lord and Savior of your life.

Water Immersion Baptism

Be baptized in the name of God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit through water immersion.  Jesus Christ himself was baptized by John the Baptist in the Jordan River and if the Perfect Spotless Son of God had to be immersed in water, then how much do we – the imperfect and unclean?  Jesus set the perfect example that we must follow!

Holy Spirit Baptism

Ask the Lord in prayer to fill you up with the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in tongues. On the Day of Pentecost the Holy Spirit lighted on Jesus’ disciples like tongues of fire, they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and spoke in tongues (other languages). That same power is still alive and available to you today! The Holy Spirit is God living on the inside of us and the spiritual gift of speaking in tongues is our direct line of communication with God leading us like an ever constant counselor into all truth.

God’s Word & Prayer

Begin to form an intimate relationship with the Lord by delving into His Word daily, allowing the Truth to seep into your heart and transform you from the inside out.  Get alone with the Lord in a quiet place and speak to him often in prayer through the Holy Spirit (tongues) like a friend about your life because he cares for you!  Train your ears how to hear the Lord’s voice, note the various ways he is trying to speak to you,  listen to what he is saying, and obey what he tells you to do for him.

Rapture Scriptures

“I tell you the truth, no one can enter the Kingdom of God unless he is born again.”

“I tell you the truth, no one can see the Kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit.”

– John 3:3, 5

Matthew 24:31

And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.
A great and wondrous sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon at her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head. She was pregnant and cried out as she was about to give birth. She gave birth to a son, a male child, who will rule all the nations with an iron scepter. And her child was snatched up to God and to his throne.
- Revelation 12:1-2,5

Matthew 24:40

``Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left.``
The I looked, and there before me was the Lamb, standing on Mount Zion, and with him 144,000 who had his name and his Father's name written on their foreheads... And they sang a new song before the four living creatures and the elders. No one could learn the song except the 144,000 who had been redeemed from the earth... For they have kept themselves pure. They follow the Lamb wherever he goes. They were purchased from among men and offered as firstfruits to God and the Lamb... They are blameless.
- Revelation 14:1,3,4

Luke 17:34-35

``I tell you, on that night two people will be in one bed; one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding grain together; one will be taken and the other left.``
``At that time the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. Five were foolish and five were wise. The foolish ones took their lamps but did not take any oil with them. The wise, however, took oil in jars along with their lamps. The bridegroom was a long time in coming, and they all became drowsy and fell asleep. At midnight the cry rang out: 'Here's the bridegroom! Come out to meet him!' Then all the virgins woke up and trimmed their lamps... But while the foolish were on their way to buy the oil, the bridegroom arrived. The virgins who were ready went in with him to the wedding banquet. And the door was shut.``
- Matthew 25:1-7, 10

Romans 8:14

Those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.
And a highway will be there;
it will be called the Way of Holiness...
it will be for those who walk in that Way...
But only the redeemed will walk there,
and the ransomed of the Lord will return.
They will enter Zion with singing;
everlasting joy will crown their heads.
Gladness and joy will overtake them...
- Isaiah 35:8,9,10

Joel 2:15-16

Blow the trumpet in Zion, declare a holy fast,
call a sacred assembly;
bring together the elders, gather the children...
Let the bridegroom leave his room and the bride her chamber.
``But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are small among the clans of Judah, out of you will come for me one who be ruler over Israel, whose origins are from of old, from days of eternity.`` Therefore Israel will be abandoned until the time when she who is in labor gives birth and the rest of his brothers return to join the Israelites.
- Micah 5:2-3

Romans 8:9

And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ.
``'Before she goes into labor, she gives birth; she delivers a son. Who has ever heard of such a thing? Who has ever seen such things? Can a country be born in a day or a nation be brought forth in a moment? Yet no sooner is Zion in labor than she gives birth to her children. Do I bring to the moment of birth and not bring delivery?' says the Lord. 'Do I close up the womb when I bring to delivery?' says your God.``
- Isaiah 66:7-9

Ephesians 1:13-14

And you also were included in Christ when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation. Having believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God's possession - to the praise of his glory.
In that day the Lord will thresh from the flowing Euphrates to the Wadi of Egypt, and you, O Israelites, will be gathered up one by one. And in that day a great trumpet will sound. Those who were in Assyria and Egypt will come and worship the Lord on the holy mountain in Jerusalem.
- Isaiah 27:12-13

Romans 8:23

Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies.
``To the angel of the church of Philadelphia write: These are the words of him who is holy and true, who holds the key of David. What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open. I have seen your deeds. See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut... Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come upon the whole world to test those who live on the earth.``
- Revelation 3:7-8, 10

Isaiah 37:30-32

``This year you will eat what grows by itself, and the second year what springs from that. But in the third year sow and reap, plant vineyards and eat their fruit. Once more a remnant of the house of Judah will take root below and bear fruit above. For out of Jerusalem will come a remnant, and out of Mount Zion a band of survivors.``
``Your sons and daughters will prophecy,
your old men will dream dreams,
your young men will see visions.
Even on my servants,
both men and women,
I will pour out my Spirit in those days.``
- Joel 2:28-29
